POST JOB OFFER PHYSICALS

Shepley Wood Products, Inc. requests that all prospective employees complete a post-offer physical to determine if the individual is capable of performing the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodations. Each prospective employee will be requested to complete a Fitness Evaluation, at the facility of our choice, based on job description of the position being considered. The Human Resources department will be responsible for scheduling the post-job offer physicals for each prospective employee. * I have read and understand the post offer physical policy.

Shepley Wood Products, Inc. requests that all prospective employees complete pre-employment drug screening. Each prospective employee will be requested to complete drug test at the facility of our choice. Any test results indicating that the prospective employee is using drugs will result in a retraction of the job offer.
