When your project throws you a curve Resin Art flex trim is the solution. Resin art has a vast catalog of profiles for your curved baseboard, crown, casings, back band and other needs.
Can’t find your profile in their catalog? No problem! All that is needed are two seven foot pieces of the material you are trying to replicate and a mold is created for a perfect match. For 1⁄2 round and arch openings the radius is needed. Resin Art fabricates the material so it will form to the curved opening. Crown molding can be run convex or concave. The material is rolled up, boxed and labeled.
Below are some Resin Art product highlights:
The material is paintable and stainable.
Paint grade moldings come up to 20’ lengths and stain grade moldings come up to 12’.
Resin Art Duraflex adhesive is recommended for installation. This can be ordered with the moldings.
Resin Art is great for exterior use.
It cuts and installs similar to wood.
For fastening use adhesive and pneumatic pin nails.
The material can be sanded. Note, sanding on stain grade will remove wood grain finish.
Easiest to manage and install in 60 degree temperature or higher
