One of the largest advantages of working with the Shepley Team are our custom capabilities. At our flagship facility in Hyannis we operate four individual shops. Each one has a specific skill set to ensure premiere and quality product. Although each have a unique skill set, each team works seamlessly together!
Our Millwork Shop
In our millwork shop we have some of the most skilled woodworkers around. In this shop we cut Interior Trim Packages, each labeled and kitted for your specific opening and job. Here we can also fabricate just about anything from custom radius kits for interior or exterior use, to decorative brackets of any size.
Our Custom Shop
For many years, PG Richard Millwork Operated by Paul Richard and his son Jeremy, has been a proud partner of Shepley Wood Products. In late 2018, Richard and Shepley came to an agreement that would bring Paul and his son to come under the Shepley umbrella. In this shop we have the capability of running any of our 2,000 + cataloged custom moldings, duplicating any molding you may need to recreate, or cutting a new knife to any design you could create yourself! From custom stair parts to handcrafted doors, this shop is a integral part of our team.
Our Assembly Shop
Here is where we can preassemble Andersen custom windows and door frames. Also in this shop we have the capability to hang TruStile Interior Doors.
Our Paint Shop
Our paint shop can offer capabilities from priming interior/exterior millwork to ensure you have a quality oil based, sealed product before it arrives to your jobsite. This shop also has the ability to buff pre primed orders. This process will first prime the material and then run it through our “buffer”. The buffer will lightly knock down any access primer built up to give you an almost finished material before anyone onsite ever touches it.
