Shepley Wide Open

About the Shepley Wide Open

The Shepley Wide Open looks to build a stronger community by supporting local agencies that are champions in areas such as housing, health care, family services, and personal recovery. The proceeds this year will benefit various programs that support the “Everyday Heroes” who make a positive impact on our community each and every day.

2020 Update & Postponement

For the past 24 years we have been thrilled to put on the Shepley Wide Open Golf Tournament to raise money for local non-profits in our community. We have raised 3/4 of a million dollars through the support of our clients and suppliers with all proceeds going to our charity partners. We had planned a spectacular 25th Anniversary Celebration for 2020, which would not be possible with the current Covid-19 social protocols. Rather than hosting a reduced event this year, we would like to postpone our 25th Shepley Wide Open until September of 2021 to allow it to be celebrated in the manner that such a milestone deserves!

While we are unable to hold our event, there are many deserving organizations across the Cape & Islands that could use our support this year. If you would like to make a donation to the Shepley Wide Open Fund, please contact us at

Thank you to all our sponsors, golfers, and volunteers for your continued support of the Shepley Wide Open. We’ll see you next year!
