Starting next month you’ll be able to view your invoices and statements, plus pay electronically through ShepPay!
How do you access ShepPay?
If you already receive invoices or statements electronically then you will be receiving your log in information by e-mail soon. The e-mail will come from firstname.lastname@example.org so please be sure to add email@example.com to your safe sender list for a seamless transition. Your invoices and/or statement notifications will also start coming from this email.
If you receive your statement by mail then your January statement will include your login information.
After logging in then, then what?
Once the primary account user logs in, they have control to adjust the invoice & statement delivery settings and add other account users. You will see all of your unpaid invoices. When you are ready to make a payment simply select the invoice you’d like to pay, enter your bank account information and either pay now or schedule that payment for a later date. There is even an option to set up automatic payments so you never miss a due date.
Will we still be mailing statements?
Absolutely! Our new and improved statements can be sent by e-mail or by mail. Plus you can still log in to ShepPay and opt to receive your statement by mail. Your payment terms still remain the same. As always, our finance team is here to help with any questions.
